Whitey Wild Card
Palomino filly foaled February 6
Her dam Colonel C Kristy usually produces a long-legged black or bay colt. Imagine our surprise this year when Kristy gave us a dainty white filly. She is registered palomino, but she is so light that she is almost white, and we have been calling her Whitey since the day she was born. All the good usual bloodlines here—NCHA Futurity Champions Colonel Freckles, Doc Olena, and Miss Ginger Dee, the fabulous, prepotent Boon Bar, and the famous reining super sire Hollywood Dun It. She is not as tall or wide as most of other foals, but she is a good size and should be able to do it all.
